This funnel was designed to help Thrivewell consistently collect leads for their 7-day wellness challenge — without relying on manual DMs or follow-ups. Once someone signs up, the system auto-tags them, sends a confirmation email, and places them in a pipeline for tracking — so the team knows exactly who to nurture next.

This automation does what most small wellness brands struggle with — keeping track of sign-ups. Instead of manually following up or guessing who's interested, the system instantly tags each lead, confirms their registration, and places them into a pipeline for organized nurturing.

It saves the team hours and ensures no potential client is missed.

I created a visual pipeline to show exactly where each lead is in their journey — from New Lead to Converted Client. This gives the business a bird’s-eye view of their leads so they can follow up with the right people at the right time.
